The adjoining rooms feature a generous King sized bed that can also be reconfigured as twin singles and a separate Queen sized bed, comfy sofas and kitchenettes with smeg appliances.

Refresh yourself in the two adjoining ensuite bathrooms with soft cotton towels and locally produced Matakana Botanicals toiletries.

Our Continental Breakfast includes fresh, locally baked croissants (or bread for 2+ night stays), fruit, coffee pods for your espresso coffee machine, a selection of teas, local Puhoi yoghurt, milk, orange juice, rolled butter, spreads, our very own Cool Food chocablock brownie and lemon slice, hot chocolate and instant coffee. For an additional cost Black and White Barn also offers a locally sourced cheese platter with Matakana Oyster platter.
